Castro Urdales is an idyllic coastel town.
We headed out of town initially along the front ducking into the back of the town and along the motorway. We then ducked back under the motorway and started walking along the cost, with a stunning coast line.
At the 10km point, we stopped for coffee and cake at this fab restaurant that is on one side of a bay and is a popular swimming spot.
Then it was a long hard slog along a local road and up and around the motorway.
We passed an Alapaca farm.
The descent into Laredo was very chalanging, but the beach here is amazing 5km long! ( you'll need to zoom to see the scale of it)
